The City of Odessa is seeking an HRIS Intern to support HR system improvements and daily operations.

What You’ll Do: 

Upload and organize employee records in the HRIS system  
Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvements  
Support data entry and basic HR administrative tasks

Strong attention to detail and organization  
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn  
Interest in HR, IT, or business operations

 
Minimum Qualifications: 

18+ and currently enrolled in college (HR, Business, IT, or related field)  
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
