Duties include overseeing the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Public Infrastructure Permit process; reviewing engineering plans and permit applications for private development projects; approving or denying permit requests; coordinating with developers, contractors, engineers, utility providers and City departments to ensure compliance with applicable ordinances and standards; conducting meetings and resolving construction conflicts within public rights-of-way; overseeing the collection of permit fees and related costs; responding to inquiries and investigating complaints; supervising, training and evaluating assigned personnel; and assisting with the development and implementation of policies, procedures and installation standards.

PAY GRADE GG24 / FULL PAY RANGE $6,209 - $8,752 PER MONTH ($74,508 - $105,024 ANNUALLY)
