Review, process and preside over criminal and civil cases filed in the Municipal Court. The Municipal Court typically meets once per month, currently on the third Tuesday. The Development Services Director is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the City's development-related services, including planning and zoning, building inspection, code enforcement, subdivision development, permitting, and coordination with engineering, public works and City consultants. This position ensures that growth and development in the City of Caddo Mills aligns with the City's vision, ordinances and comprehensive plan.
