Company Overview

The City of Paris organization is made up of 300 full-time employees working in more than 28 departments to serve members of the Paris community. The organization includes police, fire, EMS, as well as water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities, public works, and library just to name a few. The community is the heart of the Red River Valley comprised of 25,000 City of Paris residents and an overall 50,000 residents in Lamar County of which Paris is the seat. Paris is home to three school districts as well as many parks and recreational activities.
