The Town pays 100% of employee health, dental, and vision insurance, with 50% coverage for dependents on health insurance. Life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability are fully paid by the Town.

Employees participate in the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) with a 2:1 match at 7%. Additional voluntary benefits include Mission Square Retirement, LegalShield, and AFLAC.
