SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE/CONCESSION
HOURLY RATE: $11.00
SEASONAL WORK SCHEDULE: TBD June – September 2026 - Varied Hours
REQUIREMENTS: Less than High School diploma; must be 16 years of age upon hire date; basic computer skills; ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment; ability to interact with families, the public and other staff members clearly and professionally; regular attendance on scheduled workdays is required.

Job Summary:
This position collects admission and concession fees, sells concession items, and keeps accurate daily records of revenue, cash handling, and inventory. Providing great customer service is a top priority in this role.
Essential Job Functions:
Greet every customer quickly and politely, whether in person or on the phone.
Admitting patrons as they enter the facility with either a season pass or daily admission.
Process payments, make change, handle credit card transactions, and resolve customer issues while maintaining accurate cash handling.
Follows proper opening and closing procedures for facility; counts start-up money and makes sure register is ready for start of shift; balances the cash register and signs off on the total cash figures at the end of shift.
Sell prepackaged concessions items to customers.
Maintain a clean admission and concession area at all times.
Monitor inventory levels, restock items as needed, and notify management of shortages.
Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines in the pool entry, concession, and surrounding areas.
Perform other duties as required, directed, or as situation dictate.

Ability to deal effectively with the public and possess an outstanding customer service attitude.
Requirements
Physical Demands:
Ability to perform light to medium work, including walking, standing, sitting at a computer, reaching, , talking, hearing, seeing, stooping or crouching.
Exposed to an outdoor environment, subject to extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
Expect to work in areas with moderate to loud noise levels.
Qualifications:
Must be 16 years of age upon hire date.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to interact with families, the public and other staff members clearly and professionally.
Regular attendance on scheduled workdays is required.
