Description

Nichols Jackson, LLP is seeking an associate attorney with up to two years of experience to join our team in our Dallas office. This position will primarily be performing municipal court prosecution services for the firm’s clients. Other opportunities may include general commercial litigation, attending city council meetings and other public meetings, transactional work involving land use and development regulations, municipal ordinances and resolutions, economic development, vendor contracts, open records requests and real estate transactions. The position requires the ability to build effective working relationships with co-workers, clients and the general public. Flexible or Hybrid work opportunities can be available for attorneys in good standing after the initial training period.

Requirements:

• Currently licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
