Requirements

Must have a valid Texas Driver License, CJIS Security clearance and a State of Texas Code Enforcement Certification or Texas Peace Officer License. 

Conduct visual inspections of properties to identify code violations, investigate complaints from citizens or officials regarding possible code violations, issue notice of violation, citation or warning to property owners, must maintain accurate records of all involved incidents.
