Description

Mid-size Fort Worth law firm looking for a full-time, experienced attorney to provide legal services encompassing a wide range of municipal law issues. Duties include, but are not limited to, analyzing legal issues and communicating legal advice to the firm’s clients, drafting municipal ordinances and resolutions, facilitating the City Council agenda process, responding to open records requests/open meetings compliance, and advising on eminent domain, land use and development matters. Compensation commensurate with experience. Comprehensive Benefit Package. Confidentiality will be maintained. 

Requirements

Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Texas. Must have minimum 5 years of municipal law experience. Must have excellent writing, research, and communication skills and be suited for private practice with billable hours and available to attend evening meetings.
