FUNCTION: Assist residential and commercial customers with new and existing utility and Fusion services.  Assist customers with transfers, disconnections, billing problems, and Fusion troubleshooting.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Records, maintains, and files all utility and Fusion transactions.
2. Assist residential and commercial customers with new utility and Fusion services, transfers, and disconnections in person and on the phone.
3. Assists customers with billing inquiries.
4. Multi-tasking, able to work under stress, and ability to get along with other employees.
5. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential job functions.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent plus some course work or computer training beyond high school.
2. 1-2 years’ related experience in office environment, preferably including some customer contact.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
4. Tyler Technology Incode software knowledge a plus.
5. Bi-lingual ability a plus.
