As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will: play a vital role in advancing the City’s brand, visibility, and community engagement efforts. Working under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Communications, this position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that promote City programs, services, events, and initiatives to residents, businesses, visitors, and employees. This role focuses heavily on digital marketing, brand management, content creation, and audience engagement, while also supporting internal communications through weekly newsletters for employees and residents.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in marketing, digital media, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check.
- Must possess valid class C driver’s license.
