What You’ll Do
As an Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our sports and tourism facilities. You’ll help ensure events run smoothly, spaces stay clean and safe, and guests feel welcome.

Examples of Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Support event operations including setup, breakdown, and coordination.
- Monitor facility areas for safety, behavior, and policy compliance.
- Enforce facility rules and maintain a positive environment.
- Provide information and assistance to patrons and program participants.
- Perform light custodial tasks such as cleaning, trash removal, and general upkeep.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs, moving furniture, and setting up rooms.
- Report facility issues or repair needs to management.
- Support food and beverage operations as needed.
Requirements
Experience and Training:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required—training provided!
- Must obtain Adult/Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 60 days of hire.
