- PATROL OFFICER
Description
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patrol Officer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety and security within assigned areas, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents as they arise. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and conflict management, ensuring a secure environment for all individuals on the premises.
Duties
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect criminal activity or violations of rules. Investigate crimes and incidents.
Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to identify suspicious behavior and respond accordingly.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations until medical personnel arrive.
Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or gather information.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure the safety of assets.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any actions taken during patrols. Attend court as required.
Experience
Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is highly desirable.
Currently hold basic certificate in law enforcement or higher.
Up to date on current training cycle requirements.
Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
