Sunrise Beach Police Department is now hiring!  We have a part-time Patrol Officer position open for an average of 24 hours a week.  The City of Sunrise Beach is a small community on Lake LBJ in the Hill Country.  Our city is very supportive of Law Enforcement.  This department believes strongly in Community Policing.  If you are looking to be part of a team that wants to make a difference, then apply with us.

Part time pay is $27.44 an hour. Uniforms are provided. Training is paid for and encouraged.

Applicants must meet or exceed all TCOLE requirements and be licensed by TCOLE at the time of application.  Applicants must possess a valid Texas driver's license with favorable driving history, have no Class B or above arrest record, good credit, good job history and the ability to work all shifts.  Two years of experience as a Police Officer is required.
