Job Opportunity:  Streets & Fleet Manager

The City of Nacogdoches is seeking a dedicated Streets & Fleet Manager to lead our teams.  If you have a passion for infrastructure, strong supervisory experience and the drive to keep our city moving, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of Streets and Vehicle Maintenance.

Supervise, mentor and build a strong safety-conscious team.

Oversee construction, maintenance and repair of streets, roads and storm drains.

Manage division budgets, resources and project planning.

What You Bring:

Experience:  A minimum of two (2) years in a public works-related supervisory position.

Expertise:  Proven supervisory experience in street paving operations and drainage system installations.

Requirements:  A High School diploma/GED and a valid Texas driver license, Texas CDL is preferred.
