Description

The Resource Program Administrator will act as the consultant for all peer support personnel and is well-versed in trauma, suicide, substance abuse, domestic violence, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and stress management.

• Provides direct outreach and case management services; assessing the individual’s situations to determine what services are required to meet their needs.
• Serves as liaison between employee, agency, supervisor, and employer.
  Provides referrals for crisis intervention and advocacy services to personnel. Provides resources to staff responding to employees in crisis.
• Coordinates and provides care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client centered.
• Reviews victim satisfaction surveys and needs assessments to improve service delivery.
• Reviews budget, resources, and makes recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position.

Requirements

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, psychology, or related field and one year of experience in social services, case management, or behavioral health.
