Requirements

TRADESPERSON REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have valid Class A CDL or obtain within the 6 month probationary period.
Ability to, while under supervision, take on-call duties within 1 year.

TECHNICIAN REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have valid Class A CDL or obtain within the 6 month probationary period.
Minimum of 2 years experience in concrete, asphalt and/or drainage work.
Ability to work in the on-call rotation.
Basic knowledge of all work procedures and operation of the equipment.
Possession of Work Zone Traffic Control Certification.

SENIOR TECHNICIAN REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have valid Class A CDL or obtain within the 6 month probationary period.
Minimum of 4 years experience in concrete, asphalt and/or drainage work.
Participates in and shows proficiency in the on-call rotation, proficient in all aspects of work to be performed and operation of all equipment.
Demonstrates leadership with ability to fill in for crew leader in their absence with no supervision.
Possession of Work Zone Traffic Control Certification.
