Benefits
· Successful candidates will be we compensated commensurate with experience and work productivity. We jointly set a base pay, based on the amount of timely and competent work the employee will perform, starting at 120 hours per month, up to 160 hours per month.
· Bonus Program (Quarterly productivity and year-end profit sharing).
