Job Summary:
As an entry-level role, the Animal Control Officer I assists in enforcing animal care and public safety laws, responding to complaints, and managing stray or nuisance animals. This position also supports shelter operations through administrative and technical tasks, maintaining facilities, ensuring proper animal care, and promoting a well-organized, compassionate environment.
Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
2. Must have a genuine liking of animals.
3. A valid state driver’s license.
