The City of Odessa is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help customers with utility billing questions, payments, and service requests. This position works directly with the public, both in person and by phone, and plays an important role in maintaining strong and professional customer service.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Two years of customer service experience
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to remain calm and professional with upset customers
