Description

Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is 
qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years increasingly responsible experience in building maintenance.
Texas license in a trade. I.E. Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing preferred.
Must possess a valid Texas Class C driver’s license.
Must pass MVR check.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check

The Facilities Advanced Maintenance Technician ensures the safe and efficient operation of Town facilities by 
performing skilled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems and equipment, including 
mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
