Facilities Maintenance Tech I
PRIMARY DUTY:
Performs routine and major facility maintenance activities to ensure the safe, functional, and efficient operation of City facilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Any combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
Valid Texas Class "C" Drivers License with a good driving record
Facilities Maintenance Tech II
PRIMARY DUTY:
Performs routine and major facility maintenance activities to ensure the safe, functional, and efficient operation of City facilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of related maintenance and repair experience, including troubleshooting building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Any combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
Valid Texas Class "C" Drivers License with a good driving record.
Completion of certified trade school program in lieu of license is preferred.
Facilities Maintenance Tech III
PRIMARY DUTY:
Performs routine and major facility maintenance activities to ensure the safe, functional, and efficient operation of City facilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical related maintenance and repair experience preferred.
Any combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
Valid Texas Class "C" Drivers License with good driving record.
Maintain an HVAC Freon Recovery License.
Carry a current license for HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical through TDLR.
