What You’ll Do
- Inspect plumbing systems and installations to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, plumbing codes, and safety standards
- Conduct inspections for water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas piping, and related plumbing systems
- Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare timely, professional reports
- Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors while providing expert guidance on plumbing code requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and company initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing inspections
- TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required in Texas
- Ability to read and interpret construction and plumbing plans
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new inspection software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
