Description
The Clear Lake Shores Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Police Officer.
Qualified candidates will be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of commission and possess a High School diploma or GED. They should be capable of reading, writing, and communicating in the English language, and have the ability to effectively navigate and enforce Texas State Statutes and the Code of Criminal Procedures. Successful candidates will hold a minimum Basic Peace Officer certificate from an accredited Academy, licensed through TCOLE, and have a valid Texas driver's license. Further qualification will be discussed upon submission of a Letter of Intent to the Police Department.
