Description

• Under direction of the Chief of Police enforce the Federal, State, and City laws as such to protect the welfare of the citizens of Wolfe City, Texas. The primary function of the officer is patrol duties within the incorporated city limits of Wolfe City, Texas. Must be TCOLE certified.

Requirements

• It is the officer's duty to respond to calls for service, write reports with concise detail of the events as they occurred, follow-up with supplements as they are obtained, make necessary arrests as prescribed by law, and file charges incident to arrest. Must be able to work a criminal offense from the report ,crime scene and arrest. There will also be special assignment assigned to an officer as directed by the supervisors in certain circumstances. You will strive and maintain a positive attitude and working relationship among citizens and staff of the City of Wolfe City. You will conduct yourself as a professional with integrity, a code of ethics and with high moral demeanor while employed with the the City of Wolfe City.

• Pass Background check
