The City of Terrell, TX is seeking a bold, hands-on Public Works leader to help rebuild and modernize critical infrastructure operations in one of North Texas' growing communities.

This is a new role in a newly formed department as part of a reorganization. Terrell needs a practical, field-oriented professional who understands utilities, streets, drainage, and infrastructure operations–and who can lead teams, strengthen accountability, improve safety culture, and drive real operational change.

The Public Works Director will oversee water distribution, wastewater collection, streets, drainage, signage, and solid waste operations while helping shape the City's long-term infrastructure strategy and capital improvement priorities.
