We’re looking for a Treasury Supervisor who brings expertise in cash management, investments, and debt administration — and who values collaboration, service, and doing what’s right for our community. In this role, you’ll help safeguard the City’s financial stability and ensure our treasury operations run smoothly every day.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily cash management, banking activity, merchant services, and collateral compliance
- Review and manage investment activity to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Lead preparation of cash flow forecasting, daily cash position reporting, and wire/ACH transactions
- Support debt portfolio administration, including payments, reporting, and compliance
- Review and approve financial schedules and reports for the ACFR, audits, and budget development
- Select, train, mentor, and evaluate staff

Requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Five (5) years of experience in cash/debt management or finance
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, investments, and government regulations
